Businesses, Ministries, and Organizations can now submit their shows for broadcast on SBN TV channels from a digital file. You can upload to our FTP area of our site. Or drop off a disk or stick with the files ready to upload. This upgrade to our system will make is easier for both you and SBN to get your content broadcast. It reduces cost and time.

Here are the specifications for videos submitted for television broadcast on channels 22 or 17. These specs are for full length 30 minutes or 60 minute episodes. Commercials and other formats have different specs. When uploading your files, please include a text file that has the air date, message title, channel and any additional details.

30 MINUTE BROADCAST:

• No Slugs, Slates or Color Bars.
• File format MP4 or M4V.
• 1,500 Kbps video.
• 96 Kbps stereo audio minimum.
• H.264 Encoding preferred.
• Standard Definition (720×480 pixels).
• 1/2 second of black screen before program.
• Entire program length including black screen 28 minutes, 0 seconds exactly. (length 28:00)
• No blank space or time before or after program in file.

60 MINUTE BROADCAST:

• No Slugs, Slates or Color Bars.
• File format MP4 or M4V.
• 1,500 Kbps video.
• 96 Kbps stereo audio minimum.
• H.264 Encoding preferred.
• Standard Definition (720×480 pixels).
• 1/2 second of black screen before program.
• Entire program length including black screen 56 minutes, 0 seconds exactly. (length 56:00)
• No blank space or time before or after program in file.
